I want this guy from the D-league:Greg Stiemsma
Actually, I'm not that sure of that. Mills has reportedly signed a contract but does he count against the 15 man roster. It could be nice to have Dawson for the b2b2b with Tiago injured and Tim set to miss a game.

Triple double tonight.
Quite a line:
15 pts
17 reb
12 assists
1 turnover
If the Spurs don't cut him before his 10 day contract is up, they have to sign him for the rest of the season. No reason to pay the scrub that kind of cash.
Even if it's D-League, those stats are impressive for a pg.
Great to see him flash a little. We haven't seen him do it up to that point but damn if that is not so much a flash as an explosion.
I love the Spurs organization.
True, Maine sucks -- but he had a good outing against the reigning league MVP the game before. The last four games of the season will be a good test for Joseph, as well as the playoffs if the Toros make them and Joseph stays there.
Ummm, nope.
While in college, on December 18, 2010 Cory Joseph scored 21 points, including the game winning shot, in a matchup against North Carolina.

Spurs waive Dawson, sign Dentmon to a 10 day...

Very good news. With a good summer he could be on the roster next year.![]()
You mean from Boston.
Hes not getting waived or anything. He may get traded...but not in a salary dump - the Spurs would get some kind of value back for him (or include him in a larger deal). Now, by the end of next season anything could happen. Thats basically what we're looking at with James Anderson right now.
Where does it say that Dawson was waived?
I thought we should have done this when TJ went down and left Joseph in Austin for the rest of the year to get some playing time during his college sop re year.
Dentmon knows the system since he plays for the Toros and is probably playing guard as well as anyone in the D League.
It couldn't do any harm to bring him up with our thin PG situation right now.
