I'm not even a Mavs fan but in general the guy just makes me sick. Crying about a potential trade, and then demanding one, then this whole leave of absence, then being benched, then he cries about his confidence.
Dude you've been in the league for 12 seasons, your confidence should come from within based on your experience, not what anyone says or does to you.
This guy is weak minded and soft, that's why he's always been a C caliber player, he has the skills and size to be an A caliber player but is too weak minded.

He's making a run for the most mentally weak player of all-time, tbh, he's a suicide scare away from surpassing Vince Young..
There are mentally weak players like Lebron, ARod, Malone, etc, but at least those players produced 95% of the time, and at a high level..
Odom is having one of the worst seasons in NBA history, and he isn't even asked to be a top 3-4 option on the team..
