"I wish Popovich was coaching this team"

Spine seems intact after tonight tbh. If they fire him over this, the organization is castrating coaches before they're hired. That's not even a coach, it's a nanny.
son what team wouldn't? dude is one of the last LEGIT coaches in the NBA. nowadays you can find people who are more qualified with more basketball knowledge and working at Burger King than about 90% of the current NBA coaches today.
Watching a piece of the Mia/OKC game and i was like, we are lucky scott brooks and eric spoelstra are coaching these teams
Oh if you venture upstairs you will find plenty who think Pop is a ty coach.
He lives in fear.
It happens.
So does Katie.
lmcontrollinao!!!
Mostly just TJastal, tbh![]()
coaching doesnt matter its personel. pop had a team as an 8th seed, not because he was playing favorites or anything just the supporting cast sucked.
That 8th seed hunted Pop, cut him out, isolated him and beat him to death. And there wasn't a thing Pop could do about it.
tee, hee.
Pop is the man! I've been saying it all along. As far as NBA coaches go it's like:
1st tier: Pop
2nd tier: Adelman
3rd tier: Thibs,Carlisle,Karl
And then you got bunch of re s tbh.
When Pop retires the Spurs will become Bucksesque non factor small market team. Mark my words Spurfan.
I think Thibs has already proven himself as a 2nd tier coach.
Should look like this:
1. Pops
2. Thibs, Adelman
3. Karl, Carlisle, Rivers, McMillan
Please! McMillan is trash. He's in D'Antoni's tier tbh.
how about carlismo? he was running plays for the spurs everytime pop felt like gettin thrown out of the stadium
Can Pop really regulate a guy like Kobe? Seriously? Even high profile coaches like Rudy Tomjanovich and Phil Jackson were unable to control Kobe. So can Pop really do it?
Though Phil came back beggin' Bryant for his job back. And Kobe, being gracious granted on the man.
