He's 6'6" 205 with an injured knee at the time (had the knee drained 3 times during the '10 Playoffs)
A lot of debate on line re his height ranging from 6-4 to 6-7 - Bryant head to head in any case appears an inch or two taller than Jordan but it could be posture. http://www.insidehoops.com/forum/sho...t=95176&page=5
Bryant is tough as nails and as great a compe ive drive as anyone I will give him that.

Some people just look at stats, not the game. Positioning, help D, passes, how much time is left in shot clock when shot is taken, etc.
Duncan was already in his decline then... what was Kobe excuse in '04?
Only pussies & assholes use excuses.
excuses are for losers
pretty sad how ppl gotta bring up frm like 10 yrs ago.. or that dont even matter,
just cuz their team gets smashed on by all the good teams of today.

Can't take it. Chicken .
Not excuse, fact supported by the numbers.
What was Kobe's excuse?
I'm a trend setter.
I set trends.
He doesn't have an excuse. I don't use excuses.
one of the biggest drowning man reaching for straws maneuvers in recent ST history
Let us proceed...
^Only pussies & assholes use excuses.
huh?
It's a fair comparison
The same year
VS the same team
Kobe was in his 14th season
Duncan was in his 13th season
Neither the OP nor that is a "fair comparison." Tim Duncan faced two of the best big man defenders of this generation, plus a 2005 McDyess most of the time he was on the court vs the Pistons. Motivated Sheed might have been the best Tim Duncan defender ever.
Kobe didn't face a trio of the best defensive wings in recent history when he played already old Boston in 2010.
Next, 2010 Kobe demands the ball much more often than 2010 Tim Duncan does. Two totally different players, on totally different teams, in totally different stages of their careers. IE a huge reach.
