I wish I had some witty rebuttal, but the quarterbacks ing suck. Right now, the wishbone offense would be perfect.
McCoy looked awful. Those picks weren't even close to being good throws and he has to stop throwing off that back foot. He doesn't look close to being a college football quarterback, at least in D1.
I didn't seen enough from Ash at the game to make much of a conclusion. All his throws were short and not terribly difficult. I can just hope he has learned to read a defense. I think he will be improved, and if the defense and running backs do what they are capable of, hopefully there won't be much asked from him.
Brewer looked alright.
People said the same stuff about Vince Young right up until the 2005 season when he put it all together and won us a championship
I would say that's a good point if it was one.
All we need Ash to do is not turn it over. I don't care if he doesn't dazzle.

Ash will win the job an I expect improvement. UT is loaded at RB so they will live and die on the ground like last year.
