He is overrated, even if by default. Everytime he posts people sacrifice goats in his honor and spontaneously start masturbating upstairs.

I get what you're saying, and it's been said many times before. But I don't really see it like that. I don't really think people are trying to jerk off LJ every time he posts. Guy puts a lot of work into this site and into keeping around high quality basketball discussion in the Spurs forum. I know how much time it takes to crunch numbers the way he does. For the most part I think posters just want to give him props or say thanks for the amount of work he puts in.

If someone appreciates the amount of time he puts into posting quality stuff, the least they could do is type "thanks" and hit the reply button.

That's kind of what I mean that it's by default. I obviously think he's the best poster on the site, but some people believe that they should kiss up or agree with everything he says. And then on the flip side, other people think that it's cool to argue against him just for the sake of arguing.

Oh and I added DPG on my list just because people here were saying he's overrated. I actually think he has a pretty good schtick.
