Great half. D wasn't bad and the offense was superb.
Tim/Tiago/Diaw is what it should be. None of this Bonner/Blair .
Amazing half. in outstanding.
Well, I was worried the Spurs would let the offensive woes carry over from the Boston game. So much for that.
72 at the half.![]()
Jack dancing the eurostep on the bench after that Manu layup.
Commentator for the Hornets says Mills doesn't like being called Patty. Any truth to that?
According to Van Gundy ... we my friends ... are an offensive juggernaut![]()
Wow! What a half! I'm absolutely loving the great play by the Spurs so far. This team is just meshing wonderfully together. I would have loved to see Tiago play a bit more, but with the score the way it is, I'm okay with it for now. Still, I really hope hey blazing play going into the second half. Don't want to see another half like the one against the Celtics for a long time.
GREAT 1st half, especially for the new guys, Mills, Diaw and Jax
I hope Pop rest the big 3 the whole 2nd half
72 in the first half. is that a season record?
Game over? up 6 with 8.6 left...
Spurs ballin'
Ocular meditation of the highest order
72 points in a half? Big deal, the Spurs always jump on people in the first half...but what happens if the Hornets make adjustments, huh???![]()
Yeah I read he likes Patrick better but he says that's no big deal.
Wow, Memphis up 17 on Miami. These other conference teams don't seem to want to do us any favors.
At least it looks like OKC's comeback attempt is going to come up a little short.

He said in an interview that he prefers Patrick...said it's not a big deal, but prefers it.
What’s in a name? Though he’s grown accustomed to being called “Patty” by nearly everyone around the NBA, Mills said he much prefers to called by his given name, rather than the truncated nickname.
“It’s not a big deal,” he said. “Either one is all right, but if you really want to know which I prefer, well, it’s Patrick.”

Good research by the Hornets. Other than calling what Mills did the Euro step, they're on top of it tonight.
Actually, you should be rooting for Memphis to keep winning and stay out of the 7th-8th seed (since it doesn't seem likely they'll fall out of the playoffs at all).
