for all of you that blamed RJ struggles on not being used properly or not fitting the system:

take a look at his numbers at GS, where the style of play does fit him better:

basically they are exactly the same:

    28mpg, 9.6pts, 3.5rbds, 1.5assts

the guy can't play and it wasn't pops fault of misusing him!

    He sucks. Nothing new

And I am pretty sure his efficiency went downhill in GS as well.

Well, he sure wasn't motivated by the trade to a perennial lottery team.

I've seen about three quarters of Warrior basketball since the trade and RJ went aggressively to the rim more than I've seen in 30 odd games as a Spur this year. Bet his free throw attempts are way up. Looks like he's on the path back to being who he was in Milwaukee.

Now that I think about it, Mr. October was an appropriate nickname for both players.

Reading an RJ thread again is a bit like dreaming you're late for a math final in high-school and can't find the classroom only to wake up next to your wife in your king-size bed in your nearly paid-off house on a Sunday.

I didn't see a lot of moats filled with rabid sal er crocs keeping him away from the rim in SA. So if he's suddenly rediscovered his aggressive side (assuming he has one), I don't think that's on the Spurs. If that passiveness was all part of the game plan, Leonard's no doubt in Pop's doghouse for these nasty throwdowns along the baseline.

Throw-in in a 3-way trade to get Captain Jack back in Silver & Black:
Bucks Get: Bruce Bowen (retired right after), Kurt Thomas, Fabricio Oberto, Monta Ellis
Warriors Get: Richard Jefferson, Andrew Bogut
    Spurs Get: Stephen Jackson

That's what happened, and NOTHING MORE.
