Good first half. Neal was utterly ruined on that play, with a no call. We should expect this to happen after our FTA's last night.

these refs are bs us here but overall im happy with the spurs they are only down 3 but they need to play smarter in the 2nd half and not turn it over

Not a bad half, especially since the Spurs had a handful of players who played poorly (*cough*Jack*cough*).
The second half will need a lot more Splitter and a lot more Neal if the Spurs hope to get a W.
Blair and Splitter are the only standouts.
I expected more from Jackson, tbh. He's giving an RJ-esque performance right now. Eek! I just cringed typing that.

The jazz are simply too too big, and playing Jack at 3, Green at 2 will lead to easy Utah second chance points due to size alone

Bonner has been open all game. These guards are both shoot first and have done a terrible job of looking for him.
Tiago Splitter's 3-3 at the free throw line and Blair's 5-7 from the field are keeping us in the game so far.
He looks fine to me. He's just not a go to guy.
I still think his minutes need to be spread out more...But it doesn't look like we've been running much of the pick and roll and he's mostly been defending and scoring in the post.
Also, I hope Pop gets into the refs at some point. Terrible calls.

I think realistically we can't hope to score more than 85 or so. Need defense to be better and not to give them easy points with turnovers or offensive rebounds. They have to earn every bucket they get in the half court.
He must though. Spurstalk says he can't handle the minutes.

Not even close to RJ. He isn't hiding in the corner nor is he invisible on D. He's just struggling to find his offensive game really.
