We know this:::
Kobe: 5
the tired old bag Duncan: 4
tee, hee.
Take some 25-30 shot attempts away per game by the league's supremo gunner; and Sessons or Blake can feed those two very talented bigs more?

Lakers win without Kobe, and surely enough Spurfan creates a "the Lakers are better without Kobe" thread.
obsessed
They play worse without Kobe, tbh, he draws doubles even though he's inefficient. Without him, people will double Bynum and Bynum is stupid when he gets doubled.
Nope. They won without Kobe, they must be better without him.![]()
Got blown out by the Suns, tho
They just beat the Hornets though without Kobe! Obviously this means they're a better team without him.
LA showed me something today. They have good depth and clutch shooting. The impressive thing about this win though was they did it with hustle plays and grit. That was the difference.
Definitely. I hope Black Pumba sits out the rest of the season so that the Lakers could coast their way to the le.

Yep. Contenders. Once a healthy Kobe Bryant returns, sky's the limit.
Don't think so, but they'd definitely be better without Mike Brown. Every ing non-Lakerfan on this forum could see he was going to burn Kobe out the way he played him.
Only pussies & assholes use the burn out excuse.
Let's see you parrot when Kobe's running on fumes in the Playoffs.
dey just obsessed, pass1st.
Solly Cholly, you're on the list.
Let us proceed...

I'm a trend setter.
I set trends.
You shouldn't talk so bad about bag24 tbh.
IMHO everyone in Lakerland was panicking at how Mike Clown was over-utilizing TOSB and that he was going to burn him out even before the playoffs start.
This rest because of an injury, while at a cautious time of the season, will do Kobe good.
Did no one notice what I said during the game? They won every 50/50 loose ball seemingly, guys diving on the floor. I thought it was gritty.
Yep. And gritty is what wins during the playoffs. This Lakers team is dangerous.
mike brown is a ing idiot. no news there.
and 3/10 for this troll attempt of a thread
If it hasn't happened already, it's fair to say that ESPN NBA analyst/reporter Ric Bucher just fell out of Kobe Bryant's so-called "circle of trust."
That's the phrase Bryant coined years ago in describing reporters he allows in his inner circle because they'll fairly cover him. Some skeptics would contend that the reporters in the circle of trust won't ever challenge Bryant in exchange for favorable access. Bucher, a past Bryant confidant, proposed Tuesday on ESPN's "SportsCenter" the most absurd trade scenario the Lakers should consider leading into the March 15 deadline. That involved shipping off Bryant so they could rid themselves of his three-year, $83.5-million contract and invest more for the future.

LAL for the record should not trade Bryant - let him continued to be over-hyped and the primo reason that the LAL are most likely to fail in the playoffs; as he will continue to take over games when stats continue to prove he is not as clutch as most think.

(Manu not Kobe)

You'd expect Los Angeles to also have one of the league's best offenses in crunch time, right? Especially with the ball in the hands of the player most suited to those moments.
That's not what happens, though. In the final 24 seconds of close games the Lakers offense regresses horribly, managing just 82 points per 100 possessions. And it's not a simple case of every team having a hard time scoring in crunch time![]()
