I wanted to punch that second kid with the hoodie. What an awful fashion trend these days. White boys wearing their zipper hoodie AND with the hood actually up. The hoodies with the zipper are annoying and bieberish enough, wearing the hood up just makes it pathetic

Definitely looked more like a seizure than a heart attack. Usually there's some sort of reaction to a heart attack, though that's just here-say, I've never seen one (knock on wood). Didn't see a lot of thrashing or movements, but I guess it wouldn't have to be a grand mal.
