Well, it's representative in that there's representatives of a mul ude of teams. No single team's fans can pass a law. Not even 3 or 4 teams.

I also think the initial hand-picking had to do with establishing an EC immediately and nothing else.

I don't know how each member does it, but I've been listening to my cons uents and voting accordingly. Including voting for rayjay bolding even though I'm the only one supporting the motion. He's the only one that asked me to be bolded, and so I vote accordingly.
