Are kicking my ass. I hardly ever had a problem with them in Miami but it's pretty bad now that i've moved up north. Zyrtec used to work but now it doesnt. Anybody here get them, and what meds work for you?

I find that a fun-filled outing with Matthew Broderick clears my allergies up.

Complete opposite for me. When I lived up north, I got allergies maybe..once a year, if that. I move back south and it's like every few weeks it hits me. Tried to mow the lawn for my mom last week, I didn't last 10 mins before I had to quit. As for medicine, Allegra works ok for me. Ish.

    Allegra is otc.

Chlortabs work great for me and doesn't make me drowsy. +/- $3 for a bottle of 100 generic. The down side though is that you are supposed to take it every 4 hours.

Eat an habanero when you're congested; it burns like for a minute or two, but it flushes the mucus out of your nose pretty well.

As far as clearing up congestion, Sudafed works like magic for me. But it's got to be the one from behind the counter.

I also pop a couple before getting on any flight and it eliminates my ears getting clogged.

Good to know, I'll switch back...I think I used to take 20mg so hopefully they have that.

meh, not crazy about popping a pill q 4hrs, but does it work better than the rest? When the allergies come it's ing bad...eyes well up, sniffles, whole 9 yards. Want something that will take care of all that.

I have pretty bad allergies myself, and yeah popping a pill every 4 sucks, but during allergy season, I pop one in the morning when I get up, one after lunch, and one at night before bed and I'm usually good.

I only pop a fourth after dinner if it's really bad.
