Why is it that when Kool and Luva welched people like DPG went on a crusade against them under the guise of morality. Even going so far to call out their friends for not condemning their actions. Yet, when his buddy HarlemHeat does the exact same thing he doesn't say about it? They've both lost all credibility imo.

If it's the case, I understand HH welched between the moment of the bet and the moment you released him unless he did comply the bet for a while.
In that case we would have 4 different events:
- The bet
- The period he actually honoured his penitence
- The period between the welch and I don't give a anymore
- And finally since the I don't give a anymore

Another approach is to say a welcher is a welcher from the very beginning of the welch
