Yep apparently Pop didn't learn anything from last season's failure.
Seeing Bynum on the offensive glass is like a grown man against a bunch of kids.

Bynum has 19 rebounds?![]()

spurs have a shot if the refs continue ti call the game like this
It's so frustrating. Does his coaching staff not see it? Even Kawhi a great rebounder only played 6 minutes
Yes he does, he's just getting owned.
I just hope Pop is not stubborn enough and see that Blair can't play. It's that simple. He can't play.
And Pop look more and more and more stupid not trying Tiago and TD together.
Just be fcking real with yourselves, this isnt an experiment. Pop Loves his systemn and he wont adjust with any team.
What a horrible first half. Forget the score ... these matchups are even worse than I imagined. The Lakers should be favored against the Spurs in the playoffs if the two teams matchup.
The Spurs fouled the out of Bynum a few times but it's like the refs felt sorry for 'em since Bynum looks like a 15 year old playing against kindergarteners so there wasn't a call. The fluke three-point shooting both ways cancels each other out. You gotta think TP will wake up in the second half but, tbh, that length in the lane makes it really hard to shoot his floater.
Oh, and to top off the abortion of a first half, it looks like Manu could have hurt his knee/quad.

19 board advantage good grief! Pop has to at least try something to offset the board problem
That's Pop for you. Bonner and Blair are better players. Sit or limit guys like Splitter and Diaw no matter how much better they play than the other two.
We won't win this game but it's not important. Bonner as the 2nd big is not a winning recipe against the Lakers. He cannot hit a shot under even slight pressure, be it defensive or mental (meaning we are behind).
All the Spurs have to do is put Timmy and Tiago together on the floor and this game is over. Quit being stubborn Pop!
Spurs fortunate to only be down 5.
DeJuan Blair is ing horrible btw. I just have to keep reiterating that.
Seeing Bynum being guarded by Blair and Bonner is like watching a dad playing against his 5 year old kids. For as much good as Pop has done this season, watching him coach like this is ing sickening. His hatred for seeing a Splitter-Duncan frontcourt is reason #1 for fans to not Believe Duncan will get 1 for the thumb. We better pray someone else does the dirty work for us and knocks the Lakers out, we aren't beating them in 7 when Kobe returns.
Bynum is on the precipice. The only things holding him back are Kobe and his immaturity. If he overcomes those, he's a beast.
Heh... Whiny of the Year Award candidate.![]()
where the heck is Diaw? man playing the Lakers and the Grizz back to back will expose is team only MAJOR flaw.
Better to see it now than to have it sprung on us I suppose.![]()
Replace Splitter with Bynum and I wonder if Pop even start him next to Timmy.
