Its not as much as the way he played as much as it was defiance.
He's basically disrespecting both the Spurs and his own coach.
Its not like this was the first time he got told not to do this. Who's to say he wont do it again, win or lose.
Bynum just thinks he can do whatever he wants and wont get punish for it. Which apparently its true.
