Lakers have won a lot of close ones as well, tbh.
The Spurs almost turning the game around with scrubs in Dallas is the only one I can think of.

No wasted opportunities there... team playing to it's potential at the time, tbh
Pretty much every game Miami has lost this year. Coasting will do to that to you.
Wasted opportunity because you should win against those scrubs. Paper says it, talent says it and so on.

Play a full season without Kobe with the Lakers scrubs and they will probably only be able to be an 8 seed team.

Hornets lost a lot of close games throughout the season, but they're better off tanking than fighting for the 8th spot like the Rockets do annually.

vs Kings (Sacramento at home? Really?)
at Jazz (Sat out the Big 3 only so they could stink it up against the Lakers)
The OT Dallas loss wasn't a wasted opportunity. The Spurs had no business winning that game until our scrubs made the comeback. The Portland loss wasn't wasted either since Spurs never fricking win at the Rose Garden.
What about the Denver loss in SA with all their players out?
I was at that game. Took my nephew. Thought it was a for sure win...damnit
