    Just watched the movie "Eddie" last week, and saw him in it and remembered what a disappointment this guy was for the Spurs. Still sad to see him die at such a young age.

    Sad to see him go so young, but he was an ass. I remember meeting him when I was younger, ~13? years old, and told me to "go myself" while he was waiting to be seated at a restaurant.

    Then I ran into him in Boston when he played for the celtics. Again, unprovoked, he cursed at me when he got kicked out of the main celtics work out room and came into the university workout room.

    In his rookie season he showed some flashes. I remember when he started a string of games and actually looked pretty good next to Robinson. He was big, coordinated and reasonably athletic for someone his bulk.
