Thank you Steve Novak for not allowing this game to stretch out.

Steve Novak is killing Boston right now (haven't watched the whole game, but I think he has 25 points). He just hit back-to-back clutch 3's to fight off the Celtic's last charge.

If Splitter is guarding Bynum, he'll pick up 2 quick fouls, Bynum is protected by refs.

Duncan should guard Bynum, Splitter on Gasol.

That's right, Mugen. Feel your hatred. Come to the dark side.

Managing the 2nd unit bigs will be interesting. I would take Splitter out at the 6 min mark and bring him back in for Tim around the 2 min mark and so on. I would prefer to have 1 of them on the floor at all times. Starting together is great but it makes it hard for that to happen. Finishing together was the big issue.

yeah ... Gasol and Bynum can play so much more minutes together ... it will be tough, but we finally get to see the Duncan/Splitter pairing ... and we see if these two also need Ginobili in the lineup for more offense

Don't tell me Pop might do as I suggested he would (ie. use the 3 games against the Fakers to test different lineups).

Is this the game that unlocks the potential or kills the hypothetical line up many think will work.

All hands are on deck ... Splitter might be starting ... now I am pumped even more. And perhaps the road atmosphere is easier for the Spurs than this feeling in the AT&T Center with all these Lakers fans ....
Good point, I can't stand those assholes.

That's just it though. I've never had an issue with their defense but I don't have a clue how this is going to work on the other end. This is why Duncan/Splitter needed more time to get the kinks out before we played the Lakers.

Pop playing the big 3 in the middle game of a b2b2b and starting Splitter? I have no words. The end is nigh.

God, I love TNT. I haven't seen a Spurs game on a decent national TV broadcast all year. Now I'm getting one against the Lakers.
