If the Spurs win tonight, will they be the first team in NBA history to win 2 sets of Back to back to back's in a season? Hopefully this doesn't start to become a "thing" next season, due in part to some teams success with these particular set of games on their schedule in this one.

There won't be any backtobacktobacks next season. That was only done to cram in enough games for the shortened season.

Just took a look at the Laker 33 game win streak in 71-72. That win streak included 4 sets of 3 games in 3 nights. And they traveled every night.
