ESPN: "we will talk about the Spurs in a moment, but right now, how about Kobe?" lol lol. Their highlights were 70 percent Kobe shots.
We were laughing about that. Unbelievable.

ESPN is a big block to recognition. After having watched the highlights, nobody knows Parker had 20 & 10, that Manu got 20 too, that it's the first time in a year that the whole Big 3 had 20+, or that Duncan and Parker sat the whole 4th again (and quite a bit of the 3rd too)

I feel sorry for Blair but he won't do nothing against LA, hope he gets playing time against the scrub opponents we have left.
I don't. I am glad Pop made the switch sooner before waiting till the playoffs.

ESPN headline mentions nothing about the anal rape that was the 3rd quarter? Ooookay...

And the Lakers are on a collision course for another playoff implosion methinks

    Agreed.

And Blair was lucky Diaw signed up so late otherwise Blair would have been benchwarming with Anderson all year.

I absolutely LOVE that Splitter played half of the actual game. Never mind the 7-8 minutes of bs at the end, the game was over well before that. Brown was probably in denial for a good 5 minutes before putting in the white flag, aka Jordan Hill.

Lol. Omigosh. Is that a pass by Manu or a pitch by Randy Johnson?

Yeah, somebody will start another "fools gold win" thread.

Oh well, at least there aren't any Laker trolls starting threads. I don't miss 'em.

Damn, Manu's arm must have gotten tired. He had almost nothing on that last one.

    Tony Parker F
Dear Spurs fans it is clear now that we're losing Tony to Los Angeles when his contract is up. Teams of writers are currently rewriting scripts so that the flash can be played by a black man. you Hollywood

    Manu Ginobili B+
Getting the cold shoulder from the Bronco's for next season's starting job has obviously lit a fire under his Italian ass. Too bad touchdown passes are not worth 6 points in the NBA.

    Stephen Jackson A+
I'm not getting on captain Jack's bad side.

    Tiago Splitter B-
Today was a step in the right direction. There were moment where you could recognize Elvis' lip curl on Tiago's face, but there's still work to be done.

    Matt Bonner A+
Timvp's kid is going to own this forum one day - and the color grey doesn't agree with me.

    Kawhi Leonard A
Best hair on the team and frankly after the Manu debacle, Popovich's new styling and the loss of Eva this team needed that.

    Andrew Bynum A
His two rebounds might not sound like much, but they came at a crucial time.

    Tim Duncan Inc.
Too bad he didn't play tonight.
What do you mean 21 points, 8 rebounds and 2 blocks? Haha you almost got me there!

Yeah! But it was worth it. Haven't seen someone pass bullets like that.

Useless ESPN has nary a word about these things that the Spurs' big 3 are good at. It is no wonder that in the Third World countries, basketball is only about Kobe, Lebron and the dunkers. And thats why they will never get good at basketball. When youngsters think that basketball is all about volleyball at the rim and given that they don't have the physical attributes to do that, they would never take up basketball at all as a vocation. A shame and ESPN has its share in being guilty for that.

Very, very few players ever would have even seen the possibility of getting that ball to Bonner. And the few that might see it would never think of throwing a basketball like that. And if any of them did think of it, they wouldn't dare try it.

Manu is one of a kind. And you're right - he ought to be a hero to kids trying to learn to play the game. I'm not sure that normal humans could learn to do some of the things he does, but that's what they should aspire to.
