He took an above average Cavs roster to the finals. You don't do that by being the worst coach in the league.

Well Brown apparently had enough sense to sit Bynum for the 4th quarter and his team came back from 17 down in the period.
Yeah, Mike made Brick brick that dunk, made the Thunder miss 50 shots (damn near) and made Blake go Ray Allen, and somehow conjured up the Mamba from the grave. That was all Mike. Never mind Ron's elbow or Kobe getting poked in the eye and getting pissed off (never piss off a star player who has no reason to win). It was all Mike.
So then it was all Mike that the Lakers got blown out by 50 points in 2 games by SA, when Mike has two of the best bigs in the league along with Kobe and a serviceable PG and bench.

No , the team got swept in the Finals. That ain't good coaching. Teams like the Cavs don't fire good coaches. They kept him around because Bron liked him, but Bron goes, Mike goes.
