    What are the symptoms?

It is not always easy to know if someone has a concussion. You don't have to pass out (lose consciousness) to have a concussion.

Symptoms of a concussion range from mild to severe and can last for hours, days, weeks, or even months. If you notice any symptoms of a concussion, contact your doctor.

Symptoms of a concussion fit into four main categories:

    Thinking and remembering

    Not thinking clearly
    Feeling slowed down
    Not being able to concentrate
Not being able to remember new information

    Physical

    Headache
    Fuzzy or blurry vision
    Nausea and vomiting
    Dizziness
    Sensitivity to light or noise
    Balance problems
Feeling tired or having no energy

    Emotional and mood

    Easily upset or angered
    Sad
    Nervous or anxious
    More emotional

    Sleep

    Sleeping more than usual
    Sleeping less than usual
Having a hard time falling asleep

Hmm, nothing about not being able to look up or open one's eyes.

You be the judge. How in the can a concussed player go from this

    To this

    ...if he were really concussed?
He could do it by raising his head a few inches.

You don't seem to have much of a grasp on what a concussion is, doctor.

    Of course they can.

You'll have to show us all clear evidence they can't, doctor.

Let's go to the root here: What do you think a concussion actually is?

The symptoms you mentioned. Did he look like he had blurred vision? no. Did he display nausea/vomiting? no - he wanted to get back in the game - immediately. Did he look dizzy? was there any light sensitivity? Look at the pic. Was he squinting?

Stop trolling. That punkass didn't suffer no damn concussion. You know it but won't admit it. Speaks to your lack of character tbh.

    Carry on...

Ok, so your claim is to have a concussion, a person must manifest all of the symptoms of a concussion seconds after the initial trauma, and that concussions can be diagnosed by lakerfan with no medical training using only still photographs.

    That seems unrealistic.

    lol lack of character

I didn't say all of them. I mentioned a few that should be observable to the common man. He was negative on everything I would look for.

You are a Laker hater, I get it. But you trying to I didn't say speaks to your lack of character. I understand you now. It's all good.

Bad timing, unless the Lakers' PR staff coached him up and gave him a script.

Oh, so your claim is you can make a medical diagnosis of a concussion in a few seconds through a TV broadcast?

Or from dozens to hundreds of feet away?

    Which one?

Prove to me he was concussed - as you claim. Here's a hint: you can't due to HIPAA. So, unless his doctor comes out and says it (he could be sued if he lies about it), I'm sticking to my eyeball test: he fakingPERIOD.

    How is a concussion diagnosed?

If a doctor thinks that you have a concussion, he or she will ask questions about the injury. Your doctor may ask you questions that test your ability to pay attention and your learning and memory. Your doctor may also try to find out how quickly you can solve problems. He or she may also show you objects and then hide them and ask you to recall what they are. Then the doctor will check your strength, balance, coordination, reflexes, and sensation. Sometimes a doctor will order imaging tests such as a CT scan or a MRI to make sure your brain is not bruised or bleeding.

Harden later was diagnosed with a concussion.

    Furthermore:

Under the NBA's newly ins uted concussion policy, Harden can return to the court only after passing a rigorous evaluation process that could take several days.

Once he's considered free of concussion symptoms, Harden must make it through increasing stages of exertion — from riding a stationary bike, to jogging, to agility work, to individual basketball skills — while ensuring the symptoms don't return after each stage.

If Harden passes each test the team then has to consult with Dr. Jeffrey Kutcher, the director of the NBA's concussion program, to determine when Harden can return.

So your claim is now that the NBA is in on the conspiracy to fake Harden's concussion.

you're a complete dumbass....that got was faking it...he got nailed on national TV and was hamming it up...even Ray Charles can see that
Case in point: When I stayed summers at my grandparents home I remember faking sick to stay home from Church all the time...my grandma would be upset but I gave her all the signs I was telling the truth while lying my ing ass off...faking a concussion would be child's play...especially if you been talking all game and don't like the guy that elbowed you...

I remember Kobe telling that got Harden the first time we played them: "You can't even eat at my lunch table, 5 rings ." Kobe to Harden
