Last year's Grizz won not only because of their size upfront, but because Tony Allen, Mike Conley, OJ Mayo and Shane Battier outplayed our wings/guards. IIRC the Spurs shot a meager 40% with Battier on the floor.

The Jazz guards are not in the same league, and I don't think Jefferson can dominate the post like Randolph did.

Also the Grizzlies played excellent defense. The Spurs had to work for all their points. The Spurs didn't play good enough defense.

If you watched the game last night, you saw what a fest it was in the 1st half. The Spurs would have been up by double digits at the half. There was no ball movement and everyone was playing one on one ball. Finally Utah started moving the ball and was able to score, but I didn't see anything that made me think they were going to be a problem.
