I'm gonna level with you real quick bro. I didn't make this thread to say that anyone is better than you because their name is bolded. I just made it to say that since it became clear the Spurs were likely to lock down the #1 seed that there has been a huge upswing in GNSF who thinks if they write a post that looks like an ESPN article or appears to be as long and as researched as the game thoughts threads, they'll get a pat on the back from their favorite bold name SpursTalk heroes. Only reason I didn't post this upstairs is because the way things go up there, they'd probably gloss over the thick layer of sarcasm, think I was there to sound the no limit army commander battle siren with them and try to give me a reach around.

Christ, I hate Horse. His takes are terrible. According to him, the refs are the reason for some of the Spurs losses this year. He thinks Manu's broken arm is the only reason Memphis beat us. He thinks Dirk isn't a big because he doesn't rebound etc.

This prediction worked on the Mavs (I was off one game as the Spurs mailed in game 5 and game 1 had some of the strangest officiating ever but the Spurs did overwhelm the very talented Mavs). Now I standing with the resilient, motivated and still under-appreciated greatness of the big three + Hill, Dice, and Blair to take out the Suns in 6 (at most). This Spurs team is special as I have been saying for weeks and when they came together post Finley - they have been as good as anyone in the NBA and have not peaked yet.

Time to break Nash's heart and that of the boorish (but very talented) Amare and that of all Suns's fans again! Time to step up naysayers, fence sitters, almost bandwaggoners, and time to truly back the Spurs!
