I've got $$$$ in my pocket, in my wallet, full tank of gas and no place to be until 5pm tonight and the NFL draft. My girlfriend is at work as are most everyone I know. If there is one thing I don't miss it's work. No matter how good (degrees of good) it still sucks when compared to freedom. And as we all know usually it sucks because of those punks you have to deal with. Physical labor far cooler (not the same level of worry) but it just doesn't pay.
I realize this isn't the NFL board... it! Today we will see guys leave college..BOOM!..multi millionaire. Imagine that, one minute you had little/nothing, the next....millionaire! As a youngster could you handle it? Would you know how to act? Could you stay hungry, keep the eye of the tiger? Or become lazy and apathetic because you made it.
I'll go ahead and say it, a lot of these guys are not going to overwelm anyone with their intelligence. If not for that 4.4 40, that 10 foot horizontal, that 6-0 220 pound frame they are doing that physical labor I mentioned.
Utah State has a running back named Robert Turbin. Imagine Ronnie Coleman in pads. Curious where he'll end up.
