    Wesbrook has been passing the ball. Does he shoot a little much? yes. But not every PG is CP3 or Kidd. Rose and Westbrook play it differently ... heck even Parker who has rings is a scorer first, Spurs just have an amazing offense.

    This Mavs team is made for the playoffs.. good half court grind it out team.. solid defense.. probably the best one on one scorer in Dirk.. veterans.

    They are going to be a tough out.

    I agree they are a tough out. Not sure this year's dirk is best 1 on 1 scorer. Last year he seemed to never miss. This year, not the same guy. All season long I thought dirk had the best "shooting" season I had ever seen. I live in DFW he has not been the same guy but maybe he gets hot ...

    He needs to, the shortened season wasn't good for him. But maybe he can prove me wrong, hopefully!

    The mavs with the lead to enter the fourth its over for okc unless westbrick let durant and harden run the show. Dallas is one of the best 4th quarter team in the league, they are not going to beat themselves.

    Your right Killa.. Dirk hasnt been the same during the regular season.. but he has always raised his game in the playoffs.. one of the very very few superstars who up their game in the playoffs. I still think he can carry the team on his shoulders during 4th quarters.

    If i were to pick one guy for a fourth quarter of a close game.. it would still be Dirk.. even before Durant, Kobe, LeBron etc.

    I dont think he can carry a team for four full quarters.. over a 7 game series... 4 times.. but if the Mavs are within striking distance entering the 4th.. thats good enough for them imo.. let Dirk do the rest.

    I have been impressed with Mavs but honestly OKC has been more underwhelming than Mavs have been outstanding. Mavs (ESPECIALLY Dirk) can play MUCH better than this.
