I'm so pumped about the playoffs that I just want to talk spurs non stop, so I was wondering what's the best spurs game y'all have been to and why?
Mine is game 7 of the 2005 NBA Finals, I remember my Dad calling me early that day saying he got tickets for me and my family. We were way up in the nosebleeds but I didn't care, the atmosphere in that building was electric and the noise was so loud that you couldn't hear the person next to you even if you were screaming. then watching the spurs persevere through that epic series was insane. I'll never forget that moment, it's something I will tell my kids about, my grand kids about and hopefully my great grand kids about.
GO SPURS GO. I fully believe we're getting number 5 this year

Spurs vs Hawks when Elliott came back from kidney surgery in 2000! I think it was my first or 2nd game ever, I was like 6 and I knew how badass that was even then.
Unfortunately as a Spurs fan in Florida I've never been to the AT&T Center to watch them play. Anyway my brother, my dad and I used to make an annual trip to Orlando for the one game of the year they were there.
Well, my first time seeing my favorite team in person was fantastic. You can't even describe how you feel seeing all these guys in person after watching them on TV for so many years. Felt like a surreal dream to me. It was 2007, and the three of us were some of the only Spurs fans in the building.
I remember the Spurs having a decent lead in the fourth, until Orlando went on a big run. The Spurs tried to get the lead back, but Tony Parker was blocked emphatically on consecutive possessions. The game was tied with .8 seconds left. I fully was expecting overtime, until this happened:

I remember everyone going insane and we were the only people who stayed in our seats with our jaws dropped. I was wearing a Tim Duncan jersey, and I remember getting yapped at the entire way out by y Magic fans.Regardless of the result, it was still the best NBA game I ever attended. I'll never forget it.
Sat behind visitor bench directly against Memphis and it went triple OT
All of last seasons first round![]()
I was at the same game (Game 7 of the NBA finals). That was crazy. I was supposed to come home the next day, but we stayed out so long with the other fans partying that I didn't get to bed before 9am, so I stayed an extra day in SA.
good times... good times.
2008 game 1 vs. Phoenix
This one...
2007 Western Conference Semis....Game 6.
2010 game 5 of semi-finals against dallas...was sitting next to Mavs fans talking the whole game then left early when we wooped dat ass.
What with that fluke 3 and all
2010 Game 3 against Dallas. My only Spurs playoff game but a great one.
In terms of greatness.... unfortunately it would be the .4 game.
My first game I ever went to, Spurs vs Hornets in 95, I remember it was the first game Doc Rivers played since the trade/signing (?) at the time, Alonzo got hurt early on, and then this happened..

I was at the Hemisfair the night the Spurs kicked the crap out of the Lakers TWICE.

Ok I give. What?
As far as OP, being at Game 7 of the Finals in San Antone is hard to beat, irregardless of where those seats were.
.4, clinching in 2003, 2005 and 2007 (in cleveland)
Was at the t-mac 13 points in 35 seconds game in Houston...
49-50 FT by mavs game
Manu going NUTS vs lakers big 4 in 2004 without Duncan...
So many great games... the last 9 years... we've been really lucky to watch such a great team.
vs Phoenix Game 1 in 2008
completely lost my voice
I wasn't even there man and I was out all night on my B DAY after that game 7! Game 7 on our b day is only second to being there in SA! I wish I was there on that night in SA on my B DAY and at game 7! Talk about heaven there![]()
That game.... that was the game that pushed me to evolve from a Spurs fan, to a die hard Spurs fan. I remember Manu's and1 against Shaq... he was beast mode that night.
No TP also if I remember correctly...? Maybe
