They are losing/playing this series because of Cuban.
I can see why they're 3-0 down when they should have come home up 2-0.
Dirk isn't 2011 dirk anymore. He has the scoring ability, but no go-to-guy mentality, just like his teammate Vince Carter.

The combination of winning the championship, the lockout and Cuban gambling on Deron made Dirk lazy. He never thought they stood a chance and it showed.
Cubes should have just made smaller gambles rather than going for broke. He still had a championship team on his hand and the least he could have done for them is to give them a chance to defend it.

Nah, they'd have a great shot at taking the conference with Chandler. I ing hate the Mavericks and even I cringe seeing Haywood on the floor; that guy is the most worthless player in Texas since Jefferson got sent home.

Even if they get Deron next year.....you still have no post defense & Marion is aging. Considering the season Chandler had... looks like Cuban will greatly regret the decision to let Chandler walk

Amazing how far the Mavs have fallen since last year. I would put it all on Cuban. Odom ed them, but he would've been on a different team had JJ and Tyson been resigned.

The Mavs are losing the series because Mark Cuban was an arrogant dumbass in the offseason and gutted half of the damn team. Stevenson and Chandler were great defenders and thug type players. JJ Barea was a stud and let's not forget about Peja knocking down the occassional wide open 3 pointer. You take those players away and what do you expect?

Dirk can't hit clutch or much of anything else, and Kidd the moron keeps passing when he has a good shot right in front of the basket. Marion isn't helping at all - the whole team is D League material right now.

yeah i agree with all that. i wanted so badly to bring stevenson back at a cheap price, but then they went and signed findog instead. brian ing cardinal on your bench instead of lincoln
wrong trolling target imho, VC been their only guy who shows some ambition to win cuz he doesn't have a ring yet, but they rest of team seems to be VERY content with their ring and they're all playing like asses all season long tbh
