This game, imo, has only two outcomes:
a. LA squeaks past Denver in a close win
b. Denver blows LA out of the water

Lakers need to wrap it up asap. The last thing they need is to get pulled into a long series with OKC sitting around waiting on them.
Nuggs fan is right, this lakers team is too good. Especially inside.
Lakers also need Artest' elbows
Nuggs need to get as many white chicks courtside as possible, and on the other side have Jordan Hill's woman and her family. Half way through the game get some cops to walk up to The lakers bench and flash the arrest warrant, and both Hill and Kobe will freak out as neither will know if it is for them or not, coz you just know what Kobe is going to do once he hits the ground in CO.
Heck even Bynum might freak out, coz he should be arrested for the assault he has put on the Nuggets big men.
I'm still waiting for Gallo to step up. I have a lot of love for the Italian, but he needs to show that skill

non contenders lose game 3 on the road the CONTENDERS OKC, Heat (and I am assuming SAS) will sweep those games. We win tonight, I will accept that you and Harlem are right. Otherwise NONCONTENDER status still is apt.

Do you disagree that a TRUE le contender SHOULD win game 3 on the road in the first round? Not saying it proves EVERYTHING because one of the most recent Laker le teams lost in Utah in game 3 and won game 4 and still won the series and the le. But THIS team needs to prove itself after the sweep last year ... at least to me.
I dont normally miss playoff games But I will probably DVR and watch Avengers with the homiez (we leaving the wives at home) and catch the 4th at bar after ...I expect a loss. And a win on on Sunday ...I said Lakers in 5 before the series, 6 max. I have seen nothing to change my mind.

Not necessarily. The 2009 Lakers stole Game 4 at Utah and cruised. But you're screwed if you don't at least steal one game on the road.

Even thought I thought this series would be 2-2 with the Lakers closing it out in 6 and still think that way.
I think the Lakers get the split, but I don't know which game they'll win. I'll go with Nuggets by 7 tonight, Lakers by 5 in game 4.
You just need 1, but a no doubt about it contender, snuffs out the lower seeds hopes by winning game 3. You win Game 3 and no team has ever come back from that, 3-1 is pretty good odds but 3-0 series is in effect ... over.
Denver made it compe ive the 2nd game, and Ty Lawson and Gallo were still not playing great. If those guys are chokers, we'll know tonight for sure.
I still believe Denver will have a hot night shooting wise combined with a kobe bad one but Im not sure it will be game 3 or 4.
The Lakers badly need this series to go 6 or 7, because if they spot OKC a game or two with Artest still serving time, they're going to be in some serious trouble.
Artest would help, but if him missing 2 games means we can't win split we never had a chance to beat OKC anyway.
If we lose to OKC I will not play the "Artest card". if we are LEGIT contenders (i still say no) we should be able to split with Kobe, Drew, Pau and Ramon ...
You don't seriously believe that I hope. Artest is maybe the best matchup in the game for Durant, and you guys are likely ed in any game he doesn't play.
