And nope, you dont get to choose who your doctor is. Unless is on a religion grounds, you cant just pick and choose. You have to have a legitimate reason to why you want a specific person to care for you.
I dont think "I dont want a male doctor to touch me because I may turn gay" reason is a good enough of a reason to go to a long process of changing your care provider.
