I like that while he challenged his teammates, he followed it through by giving them responsibility.

There were 3 players that hurt the Lakers: Harrington, Miller, and Gallo. MWP would have been put on either of them to slow them down. If these 3 don't play well, it's damn near a Laker sweep.
