Ibaka and Perkins should get tooled if the Lakers play smart tbh, and Metta has been playing out of his mind for a while now so he should do well enough on Durant.

    Lakers in 6.

I say move Mike Brown aside and get Phil in for the second round. I assure you, the Lakers will tap that a$$ in 6.

Does this ring a bell? This after WB torched Sessions for 36. 3/22 says high.
So we should throw away the regular season when they drop 102 on the Lakers, but should NOT drop the regular season when Westbrick went in chuck mode?

Because the Thunder are simply a better team. Furthermore, if you want to revisit history, a much younger and worse Thunder team than the current one was a Gasol tip away from forcing a game 7 against a much, much better Lakers team than the one playing now.

Denver is basically Thunder-lite, but is nowhere near as good defensively and lack a superstar, and you escaped them in 7. And no, Artest wouldn't have changed much. He played 44 minutes tonight and this was a one possession game for much of the 4th quarter.

Your takes have been wrong all year. From declaring that Murphy and McRoberts will be a suitable replacement for Odom . From thinking Ramon Sessions actually plays defense . Not to mention a bunch of other stupid, homer inspired opinions I can't recall at the moment (I think you might've predicted the Jazz to upset the Spurs, or at least take 'em to 7).

You're a homer. You overrate everything when it comes to the Lakers.
Smh..I guess you haven't figured out..what happens one year doesn't always translate to the next...a team can take you to the brink one year and then get swept the next..ala Dallas Mavericks...should be assume by your logic that the Spurs will lose to the Grizzs since you lost to them just last year...

even though I think they will lose to the Grizz the point is things don't always translate...it's all about match-ups...I'm sure we we're looking past Denver a bit and I'm also sure some players who played bad in round one doesn't mean that will carry over to round 2....each series is it's own world.

Lakers in 6 if MWP starts throwing elbows and flagrantly hard fouls the entire Thunder team.

What are the odds of Artest elbowing both Durant and Westbrook in one fell swoop ?

Like I said, Kobe is in WB's head. This series will be no different.

The Lakers can beat anyone in the league if they play the game right. They have the pieces. I don't know how drama will unfold in the Bynum/Brown thing, or who will be injured or suspended, but I can see LA taking OKC to 7, and if OKC is dragging ass in the 1st game, I see LA stealing one.
I agree, but that bench is so damn sorry. I could see the Lakers taking it to 7, but Thunder in 6 feels like an obvious pick.

The Thunder are the favorites to win this series. When 2 of your so-called 4 best players are brainless and 1 is soft, Lakers have no chance.
