    I am not Pop. I don't play for the Spurs. I don't have to look at just one game at a time. I never will play basketball outside of shooting hoops with my colored friends at the park.

    I am a fan. Which means I get to have long shot dreams and expectations. And I get to make up bull excuses if we lose. How else am I supposed to face dealing with my Laker fan boss, Mavs fan co-worker, and bandwagon Heat fan buddy. The chick changes teams like she changes sex partners.

    If the Spurs lose, notice I said if, I will come up with every excuse in the book except to admit we were outplayed, or that we are not as good as we appear.

    If injured: Injuries, then Pop
