The more I see them I seem to be rooting for the Thunder more and more
Seriously whoever built the Thunder team was thinking of the Spurs:
Durant = Duncan
WestBrook = Parker
Harden = Ginobili
Fisher = Jaxson
the rest are blue collar mr. nice guys just like the Spurs
I would not mind too much if OKC beats the Spurs on their way to their 1st Ship.

tbh Westbrook is a Parker that was given the keys to the bus way too early.
His ceiling is higher than Parker but his maturity might never get ther. He never had a coach like Pop to beat him into submission.
Then again, Parker is recently been given the keys to the bus just this year and you see the results. I blame Pop for being a bit too rough on him

They have Derek Fisher on the team...therefore I must hate them. Beyond that, Perkins is a straight up dillweed with a weird chip on his shoulder. Those two just by themselves are enough for me.
I think Westbrook is an amiable jackass who gets caught up in the heat of the moment (or baited into going 1-1) and often minimizes the team's true potential.
I wanted to like them but really I find them annoying.
I mean if somebody has to beat them then sure, losing to them would be better than either LA or MIA

The Thunder are my second team. It used to be the Spurs and then NO ONE ELSE.. but now its the SPURS and then several several several miles behind them is the Thunder. I also spent some time in Oklahoma (went to OU), so that helps.
Except those guys like to beat their chests a lot more than we do lol. They scream after every dunk, or stare down the crowd. That kind of little stuff, we stay away from
