If some of you guys are looking for a place to talk with Spur fans this is definitely the best one on the web.
Very good moderation. You can get away with almost anything with the exception of obvious stuff. A lot of logical fans (some homers too). Sometimes there's a delay in the approval of accounts.
**Warning: All this only applies to the Spurs section of the forum. Everywhere else on the site has little to no moderation so trolling runs rampant. Seriously, some of the lowest s on the Earth post in those areas. But as long as you stay in the Spurs section you'll enjoy the site.
One spurs fan posted there and said they like spursreport better than spurstalk. WTF?

The giest thing they do is have some poster collect a bunch of quotes from the other team's fans (after OKC wins). He finds the ones that are the whiniest/dumbest just so they can all laugh at them and feel like they're smarter/superior but then it backfires and they all get butthurt everytime
Lol they probably read DeadlyDynasty's post in the Thunder Rally Shooting thread and immediately conjured up that perception
Sites like the OKC forum and sreport are horrendous because of over moderation. For whatever reason, the got moderators in charge find it in the site's best interest to ban trolling when it in fact creates entertainment and attracts posters to a point.
Maybe it's to get a power surge or whatever but the mods for forums around should follow the blueprint for ST to attract more posters.
