I was sampling out some hamburgers (work in a Meat department) for the first time, was cooking them on a little george foreman...never made hamburgers b4, tbh, but they were pink in the middle, they tasted good but they were really pink...we have some thermometers or w/e, they got up to 120 or so, but I'm concerned because of the color...

Also, after every few burgers, should I be scooping the grease out? Cause the last few burgers were literally loaded with grease, and it sucked having to turn them over cause it jumped all over me

Depends on the quality of meat. If it's fresh from your butcher then you have nothing to worry about. Low grade or prepackaged ground beef should be cooked through.

    I thought you're using a foreman grill?

A well-done burger should be closer to 160 degrees.

If you cook on a griddle, cook on one side until the brown cooked part comes up the side of the patty. Flip it over, then cook until the juice coming out of the top of the patty is clear. And put some salt and pepper on dem es.

Touch the center of the burger.
If it is fleshy like the meaty part of your chin it is rare.
If it is a little more firm like touching your nose it is medium.
If it is firm like when you touch your forehead it is well done.

Word. And don't mix the seasoning in the meat. Just needs salt and pepper on top. Maybe a little garlic powder too. Its a burger not meatloaf
