I'm not justifying it. I'm just not dismissing the hundreds of million people helped and better off because American military put their life on the line.

The funny thing is none of yall have ever actually been to iraq. Had you been, you would see the dog infenstation. Not condoning the throwing off a cliff because that was done with malicious intent, but there are no euthanasia type dog pounds there. The truth is most maliks ask soldiers to kill any dogs they see, since they rather use their ammo on soldiers and marines.
