Here's a trivia question for you (I don't know the answer):

How many NBA teams have had three Hall of Famers at the same time who never played on any other NBA team?

The question is relevant to the Spurs, of course, if it turns out (1) all three make the Hall, and (2) none of 'em ever wear another NBA jersey.

I think Boston may be the only team, with some combination of Russell, Havlicek, Heinsohn, K.C Jones and/or Sam Jones (Cousy actually played a season with the Cincinnati Royals). But that's just a wild guess.

    Anyone know?
I wouldn't be so sure Tony Parker stays after Duncan and Manu are gone. I could see him going to a contending team via trade or free agency after our team sorta flames out after we lose Duncan and Ginobili to retirement.

Yep. It's way premature to assume Tony will be a Spur for his entire career.

I'd be shocked if Duncan's next contract didn't include some kind of team option / partially guaranteed 3rd year. Even if Duncan only wants to play two more years it makes sense to try and minimize his cap hit for 2013-2014 by spreading out some of his money to a 3rd season.
