So you get a decent team and now you want to act all high and mighty...have you seen those fat ers sitting on the front row at OKC games..they might as well bring out the Garbage Pail Kids and sit them on the front row...

    http://www.topps.com/entertainment/g...kids-flashback
The "high and mighty" one is the individual who thinks he can just pick the phone up and take a ticket away from the deserving owner of that ticket and when his request is not fulfilled, he es about it. Noone respects that. Like the article said, we're cool if he wants to come to the game, but you gotta have a ticket. If you had a courtside ticket to the game and the Spurs called you up and said sorry buddy, you can't go. We'll refund your money, but we're revoking your ticket....would you be cool with that?

Ok. Well hey I like CA. I live in OK and have my whole life. YOu just have to understand the culture in OK vs CA is just about as different as it gets. It's not a negative thing, it's just different. Our states were founded much, much differently. Oklahoma was not founded on fame and all of that. We respect those people who choose music and acting and fame as their path and are successful at it, and we'll welcome LIl Wayne or whoever else to the arena and he'll be respected while he's in the building, but we don't bend over for celebrities. Having notable celebrities in the building is of zero importance. Our team doesn't rely on celebrities, our economy doesn't rely on celebrities. This is an oil state. Those courtside seats are most likely taken by Oklahoma politicians or someone very directly connected with the oil industry, or who knows someone who knows someone in the oil industry, etc.. That industry is what has driven our state and economy for decades, centuries - not the rap industry. That's our business. We don't need rap stars to generate business.

    Lil Wayne a star???

No he's not a star. He's only ranked 5th in the Billboard Music's Top 40 money makers of 2012, with over 23 million dollars in earnings year to date.
