Haven't had the heart to watch any postgame, but from the game itself, it looked like he had a wide-open 3 a la Phoenix 2008. Did he get ripped for not taking the shot?

I dont think so
He's not a 3pt shooter, so he doesnt really deserve to get ripped, and he did pass to Manu which was the right thing to do.

Sure, but he has had plays drawn up for him before, and the clock was winding down. From my vantage point, it looked like he went away from the scripted play and passed on a wide-open shot by giving the ball to a double-covered Manu. Sounds like a non-issue though.

No, he passed it to Manu, who had a decent look, but looked like he slipped a little on the refs foot.

Wasn't a good play overall imo with the game on the line.
