You're not kidding! Damn!!
I just heard some really bad news that i'm not gonna post because you're better off not knowing.
You're not kidding! Damn!!
I hope we find out why he decommited and fix it now. Wasn't he here 2 days ago?
He doesn't look very excited in that group pic now that I look at it
Reported multiple outlets from good sources, RSJ wants to play hoops too and has de-committed. Is still considering Horns but also looking at Baylor, A&M, LSU, maybe others.
Apparently he's been allowed to play basketball at UT. Someone else is going on, something fishy.
Rivals 5-star WR #Rickey Seals-Jones tells TigerBait's Will Weathers @TigerBaitWill that #Texas still No.1 but check out #LSU & others.

Hope that this is one of those cases where the player decommits, takes a few visits and realizes that texas is the right place for him and commits again.
Jesus Christ! Time to pick up sniffing paint...
What a swift kick to the junk. I don't like that RSJ's coach and father had no idea he de-committed.
A bit of good news from 24/7...DE Torrodney Prevot will be attending the June 10th summer camp.
I doubt RSJ will be gone for long, he just wants to have a little fun. I'm glad he is doing it now rather than later in the process.
We all know he is important to this class but I think he knows who the flagship school is in Texas, he will make the right decision.
Rashaad Samples added Ricky just recenty and they have been chatting it up on Twitter, something tells me to watch that development. Samples is supposed to visit aTm this weekend, I would like to know if RSJ doesnt attend that trip as well...especially with his tweet "Big week ahead of me". All speculation and opinion, but something to watch out for nonetheless.
Good news
Really surprised by all of this. Thought this guy was a lock for Texas (still might be)
I don't doubt RSJ truly loves Texas but the problem is history tells us that Mack is now fighting an uphill battle. Opposing college coaches know that if they want a realistic shot at a Texas commitment, get him to de-commit and Mack will more often than not concede and quit recruiting that particular prospect. He'll take himself out of the equation.
If the rumors are true about Texas telling RSJ he might not have a spot down the road should he decide to de-commit, that was a premature move on their part. Although the negative recruiting against Texas from several schools is a ty thing, there's also a lot of truth in it. UT hasn't lived up to expectations or done anything (other than defense) particularly well in the past two years, so they aren't in a position to tell a stud recruit how things are going to be because they can't back it up.
It's more important now than it's probably ever been in the Mack Era for Texas to dig in, stay the in the game and not let hurt feelings dictate their course. A great 2012 season will cure a lot of ills and it can't start fast enough, but the bottom line is Texas has to recruit these kids and not the other way around. Mack deviates from that line of thinking quite a bit. We'll have to wait and see how the staff reacts to the biggest de-commitment since Mack came to Austin.
Welcome to the board, KTA.
I'm surprised to see A&M listed as a school he's considering since I've read in the past that the family wasn't high on Sumlin. Also surprised to see his mother list off so many powerhouse basketball schools like Kansas and Kentucky. RSJ is a great basketball player, but I don't see him attending a school where the basketball program is the primary focus.
Per 24/7, 2014 QB Jerrod Heard of Denton Guyer is in Austin today for Texas' two-day camp. Harsin asked him to come down and he didn't hesitate. Heard remains the leader for the QB offer next year.
Update on DB Maurice Smith from 24/7...he recently attended Alabama's summer camp and he had a meeting with Saban before he left campus. It was emphasized that he's still a top target and they see early playing time in his future. Smith was also scheduled to be at an LSU camp this week. He's likely headed to the SEC.
RSJ has commented on Texas still being #1, and the guys at Inside Texas believe after talking to family/friends they still think Texas leads. But keep in mind that he is close friends with a lot of these guys like Swoopes/etc and doesn't want to burn bridges. The fact he de-committed during a camp with all other commits there makes it particularly troubling sign that makes me think we have at best 50% chance to sign him.
The recent insider news I've gotten personally is that Samples will almost certainly sign with A&M and he is already talking them up to other recruits. He really liked Texas initially as I've heard from several sources, but when they slowed down the recruitment when he didn't commit he got very upset by the lack of attention and took it as a slight. He is trying to contact RSJ and I believe it's to recruit him for A&M, although at this point I'm not really worried as much about A&M or Baylor as I am for LSU -- I also expect to hear some new names to enter the mix such as potentially Bama, Florida, that will likely emerge as serious threats.
A bit of encouraging news on ATH Ricky Seals-Jones...he will be rooming with QB Tyrone Swoopes at the Rivals100 Five-Star Challenge.
2014 S Tony Brown of Beaumont Ozen has received an offer from Alabama. He will be camping at UT on Sunday.
Jake Raulerson is in a tweeting war with an Angie fan... Lol check it out
He should know better than to bother. You can wrestle with a turd, but all you are going to do is get all over yourself.
Su'a Cravens has committed to USC... That recruiting class is going to be nasty!
