LOL, truth bomb. At least this loss tonight is ripping the hearts out of the Seattle heads who booed Duncan lying on the floor injured 100x worse than it is for me and other Spurs fans.

    truth here

FTT. I don't root for teams like that and I have a feeling if teams play them the way the Spurs did, those shots they hit at never before seen clips aren't going down.

So best Supersonics team ever? I think I'd take Harden over Downtown Freddy Brown, obviously Durant over Gus Williams, I like Perkins over Sikma, and Ibaka over Lonnie Shelton is a no-brainer. The only tough call is Wesbrook vs DJ tbh.

If Boston reaches the finals, (little chance) I support for Boston. If it is Heat - Thunder, I hope Thunder wins it.

Even though the east coast media will start hyping KG as better than Duncan for their respective careers?

Yes, because there is no way anyone argues that even if KG rings

But he will be argued as better than Dirk which should be fun for Mav fans

if boston goes i'll be rooting for the celts, got no quarrels with them. If the heat go I have no choice but to hope the thunder win, cause lebron ringing would be horrible. However, I'm hoping one of OKC's big 3 blows out a knee either way, don't care which one tbqh.

I won't be watching (too depressing) but my order of preference for the championship would be:

    Thunder

    (big gap)

    Heat

    (bigger gap)

The Apocolypse and End of the World as We Know It

    (biggest gap)

    Celtics

Will root for Celtics if they make the final, because they are also old and can still play tough.

But rationally, this Stern favored team will win it all. Sadly.

I don't want KG to get another ring, don't want him in the same conversation than Timmy.
I'd mind LeBron getting his first. He gets unproporcional hate tbh
I use to like the Thunder, but not anymore. this es and his homecooking

Won't be watching anymore bball this year. NBA has left a sour taste in my mouth. I can accept our team being beaten when its 1 team against another. I can't stand it when the NBA decides the outcome of the game and series.

Screw David Stern. Screw the NBA.

hard to root for the harden/perk/westbrook/fisher f**ks but durant deserves it and I can live with a world that has ibaka/thabo/collison winning a championship.

if the heat make it to the finals I'm 100% rooting for OKC...if boston makes it, I don't care and probably wont even watch a game.

After every Spurs playoff loss, I boycott ESPN/sports until the NBA draft. This is usually the next time the Spurs usually do something important. I still hit up spurstalk.com, but any other sports media, I avoid. So, no, I will NOT watch the finals and have never watched a non-Spurs related Finals.

probably the draft wont be a big thing for the spurs this year...we basically drafted Jackson (which is a great thing and I hope he retires a Spur some day).

Buford usually does something surprising. It's always fun to watch what he does though.

    I dont see it!

It's not like the Spurs are trading up every draft. Actually I only can remember them trading up once and that was last year for Leonard.
Funny thing: I'm a big Steelers fan and IMHO they are the Spurs of the NFL (not the cheating Pats!!!) and they also only traded up once the last years/decades and that was for Troy Polamalu!

If you know the NFL, you know that I like that.

The spurs have (I guess) the 59th pick in the draft!...that will be aeuro, which we might never see in the NBA.

(De Collo and maybe Lorbek may be seen in a Spurs jersey next year.)

Whenever the Spurs get eliminated, I need at least a couple of weeks to "get over it." When they lose in the first or second round, that gives me enough time to recover in time for the Finals. Obviously, that is not the case this time, so I won't watch the finals, therefore I will not be rooting for either team.
