Umm... why would the Hawks trade their best player for a Manu Ginobili that only has a couple of years left in the NBA?

Sorry if this is a troll thread, but what do you all think of this scenario?
Hawks give
Horford
Jeff Teague
Spurs give
Manu
Splitter
Neal
Contracts and money all matched up.
I think if we want to pull off a big trade, we have to split the big three in TP, Manu, TD. Someone has to go. This trade can finally give us a legit PF/C that can immensely help TD and someone TD can pass the torch to. I see Horford as someone that can benefit so much from the "Spurs Program". Teague also immediately solves the backup PG issue and he is a fast player like Parker and will be a perfect compliment. I think Hawks get an experienced player in Ginobili who can help fill the "Jamal Crawford" role that did not work out in Atlanta and help their team with shooting with Neal and Splitter is an upgrade over Zaza pachulia imo.

Come on now, Ginobili played his heart out against OKC, not very fitting to reward him bby trading him to a team that has no chance. Keep him a Spur til he retires.
Just an awful, awful trade for Atlanta.
IF Jordan was running the Hawks he'd do this deal in a second..
Horrible trade for Atlanta. Good thing you're not a GM. And I wouldn't trade Manu anyways. He's the heart and soul of our team, he's going to retire a Spur.
The , nothing can be good coming out of Atlanta.
This is not a troll thread, this is a re ed, nonsensical thread. Wow
Mickey Mouse trade.
If they trade one of their front court players it will be Josh Smith not Al Horford. Also, I don't think they'll want to lose Teague, as he is improving.
Something more realistic from Atlanta's side, but still unlikely would be:
Parker
Splitter (allows Horford to slide back over to his natural 4 spot)
Neal
Smith
Teague
sure why not spurs could use an allstar big
Where to sign it?
I'm pretty sure Atlanta will keep their core players.
If Horford came back prior to the 1st round and Josh Smith remained healthy, they'd be in the ECF against Miami right now.
