IT scared the out of me as a kid
"..Oh yes...they float...". (Shudders) gave me the chills as a kid. I don't see how the remake could have the same freakish nature but who knows.
hangover 3? really? 1 & 2 both were total in' . lame wannabe comedians in a lame ass plot(s).
Hard to be creepier than Tim Curry tbh
I'm watching The Hangover 3 no matter what.
Speaking of "It" when is that coming to blu-ray?!
The Hangover - Budget: $35M , Gross: $467,483,912
The Hangover 2 - Budget: $80M , Gross: $581,464,305
son do you really think they give a about critics when turning over that kind of money?
I saw the The Hangover 2 last night on HBO again last night and it was still sucked.
Sequels are always a crap shoot. Few times are they as good as the original.
This is precisely why I haven't watched HO2. The first was so good at keeping you off balance. There's no way they can duplicate that again, much less twice IMO.
I've been wanting an "It" remake for a long time. As a kid I thought the film was scary, but as an adult it's hilarious more than anything. Full of plot holes, stupid dialogue, bad acting (from the adults more specifically), and moments you just couldn't take seriously (Tim Curry sitting on a railing telling Prince Albert jokes, the balloons, etc). To me, a remake has HUGE potential.
I don't consider it a remake since the first was just a made for TV miniseries. I'f also love to see The Stand made with a big budget and high profile actors.
at The Hangover III's plot:
The Hangover III will explore the childhood of the main characters. We will learn how the little rascals became the partiers we know today. They will start with age 1, but the core of the move will be the early teen years where the original hi jinx began.
its fkn bull
they were released during a time with alot of movies, viewers had no choice
I'm looking forward to the new Mortal Kombat movie next year. If it ever comes out.
I saw the Hangover 1 and thought it sucked. No sense in seeing the second one or third.
That childish kind of funny doesn't work for me anymore.
Yup. Hangover was decent but Hollywood has obviously figured out that stupid people will pay almost ten in bucks a ticket to see the same over and over again.
Adam Sandler figured that out.
Too many remakes, reboots, and sequels to ty movies. They'll probably reboot Batman next year while remaking Old School with a sequel to Battleship.
Batman will be rebooted
Nolan wont direct it, but he will work as an advisor to make sure they dont screw up
What's so funny about another Iron Man sequel? And it's been known that there would be a third one for several years.
Also, Judge Dredd could have potential when you dont have an Italian dude who talks sideways as the main guy.
I just wanna see Honest Abe kill some vampires![]()
