I'm tired of this . Martin seem a regular black teen to me. Teenagers are rebellious with their rap or metal. As a teen I knew a few kids who dabbled in beer or weed. I got suspended a few times for fighting and my mom would whoop my ass. Yes I was into the hip hop scene and fashion because the girls I liked were into bad boys like that. In the end I went to college, became successful and pay taxes. It's bull to assume one is destined to become a career criminal because of a PHASE.

uh no, technology to instantaneously upload videos to websites weren't around at the time so no. Even then I was never a bully. In fact two of my suspensions came from fighting someone who was bullying some one.

This appears to be about a written order that says what he's already seemed to say in the hearing itself - that what GZ told the cops can be released to the media and public under Florida's sunshine laws.
The prosecution wanted these statements sealed. Why? The defense went along with the prosecution, seemingly. Why?
It's possible the statements are going to make it hard to get an impartial jury to hear the case. But who would benefit from that?
At the hearing, the judge allowed for 30 days to review and redact names and privacy information. I guess we will all find out soon.
