Miami evens it up tonight. No way do they go back home down 0-2. Lebron will contain Durant and play like a boss in the 4th. Bosh will stop jacking threes, and Wade will have a strong bounce back game. Chalmers will hold his own on Westbrook. Miami's D will be 100000000 times better than Tuesday.

Miami is ed if they lose tonight. I don't think Stern has the balls to give Oklahoma City the shaft after building them up for years.

If MIA loses tonight, they're done IMO. While having 3 in a row at home is good, Mia has shown they can cough up games at home. While their offense was a concern, the defense was the issue in game one. They can't allow critical off boards and let okc shoot that well from the field. Free throws need to be closer as well.

I agree that Miami can't afford to lose this game. If they build up a lead like they did in game 1, they need to keep attacking the basket and not start taking contested jump shots. I also think Bosh needs to start. Put your best players on the floor to start the game and obviously to finish it. I predicted that OKC would win game 1 but the Heat would win the series, so I'll take the Heat tonight in a close one, 98-96.

Miami needs to realize that it is a 48 minute game. They were in great position to really blow out OKC on Tuesday, but they just lost focus late in that 2nd quarter. Then they were flipping the switch on and off in that 3rd before completely losing it all in that 4th. Miami needs to play Joel Anthony a little more, tbh. He is a very good defensive big.

Anthony's fallen out of favor the last 8 games...I thought it was just matchup issues with Boston, but he's still getting the shaft

the Heat isn't splitting . Lebron will shy away from playing defense on Durant in the fourth quarter because he doesn't want to get embarrassed for his overrated defense. Thabo Sefolosha will do his job shut down Wade the first 3 quarters( like he did in game 1) then bother lebron on defense in the 4th quarter. Thunder do have a tendency to play like 1st quarter then go balls out in the 2nd quarter. Either way they not letting a game go at home.

    Say Timmeyyyyy,

Couldn't it have been possible that the Thunder just completely outplayed the Heat from the third quarter on forward? Your losing focus, coasting and flipping a switch sctick is abit overused and ridiculous at this point.

    You're not playing NBA2K .

It is re ed on Spoelstra's part. Yes, Anthony sucks ass on offense, but he dramatically improves the D compared to a Bosh/Haslem duo.

OKC only gets credit for taking advantage of Miami losing focus. Miami has a better D, better leaders, better role players, and a better TEAM. They won't fail despite these inconsistencies.

Agreed, but I think Spo thinks Haslem and Anthony are the same player: scrappers on the glass, good defenders, energy guys. Anthony is a much better defensive anchor in the paint than Haslem though. Haslem has a quasi-decent jumper though and Spo probably wants as much offense as he can get. He's essentially playing to OKC's strengths.

In the WCFs Joel Anthony averaged 3 fouls a game in less than 14 MPG. And that was vs Boston. There's no way he doesn't foul like crazy vs the team that draws the most FTs in the L.

Besides, you need offense vs OKC. Scoring in the low 90's like Game 1 won't cut it at any point in this series.

What's the point of having all the defense in the world if your team two best players can't shoot for ? 80% of the shots they take is in the paint against the best defensive duo big men in the NBA. Look at Wade he is losing his athleticism which contributes a lot to his offensive game. I can't wait till the same thing happens to Lebron sorry ass. Only player in Miami with a consistent enough jumper is Bosh . Chalmers can shoot at times but isn't really liable but he playing better than wade lately . I don't expect the Thunder to play defense on the three point line since they haven't all playoff series, which is why the Heat should take advantage of it. Miami didn't lose focus in the 2nd quarter they got shut down defensively which lead to quick points. However, I don't expect you to acknowledge OKC defense .

OKC in 6 if not 5. BOOK IT!!!!!!!!
