Dude, you just aren't good at this, honest!
Ok, for today I'm done with you. You are by far the worst poster on this board.

Have you noticed the frequency in which you have to defend yourself?
That should tell you something right there.
The sword at the neck of the knight beheads the spring breeze.
I was very good here, all things considered.
Make a poll.Ok, for today I'm done with you. You are by far the worst poster on this board.

I'm better at this than you realize.
That's the funny part. You think you're while I know I'm.....![]()

RaZon still not making any sense. Par for the course.
Woodstock 25the year anniversary DVD…Hendrix solo at the end where Michael Wadleigh is showing the devastation after the storm…Hendrix slow hand is awesome…
I am not sure if you are talking about this one also but there is a song towards the end of Wooodstock called: "Villanova Junction" and it always blew me away but it appears Jimi was a little frustrated while playing...
I am not sure if it was because of some of the band members, the scheduling (being put out there in the early morning) or the tuning on his guitar (he was a bit out of tune) or whatever...but he appeared frustrated at times...
The little snippet of -Villanova Junction- however had some really nice playing and it seems like Jimi was trying to find something great but he was just in and out of reach of it...
Could have also been the drugs...
I don't know but I sometimes play the DVD and that instrumental always makes me wish Jimi had lived long enough to complete it.
oreo blue is a decent hendrix tribute band
Good call silverblk mystix! …I think the 25th anniversary DVD has a dubbed version of "Villanova Junction"…It is too clean…Also in Jimi’s close ups he looks rather sober…![]()
Another reason that - that particular song intrigues me is because of something I read about Jimi that he said before he died;
He was talking about where he wished he could take his playing or what direction he hoped to go in the future. He stated that he really liked the flamenco style and the psychedelic guitar that he played and he was really hoping he could someday master the flamenco stuff...I think he said something to the effect of- if he could somehow combine a flamenco style with an outer space kind of psychedelic guitar that would be far out---
When I hear villanova junction and I see his frustrated look on his face I always wonder if he was having some acid trip and was reaching for that sound he was trying to find.
Some of the parts of that instrumental have a spanish flavor and I always try to imagine if he was onto something.
I listen to the GIPSY KINGS and I wonder --what if Jimi had lived long enough to play with those cats--I wonder what that would sound like?
Is the Gipsy Kings lead guitar player (Manos De Plata--Iron Hands) some kind of reincarnated Jimi. Jimi's spirit.
I need to take my meds and lie down now.
Very deep analysis…I just thought it was a cool solo…
Well, Jimi was already, way ahead of his time.
Imagine where he was - when he tried to look further into the future?
I post a few other places, you are the only one who has a problem with comprehension. Is there something you can take for it?
RaZon was a troll, totally designed to deal with all those who always..."you troll you!" Those who..."I ed your mama". He brought it out of all those who play that. It was funny, they were so worked.
I post as Avante.
Correct if you can't spell his name don't use it.
