I did my annual trip to Fredericksburg for my church camp. Every year I find a ton of reptiles, insects, fish and mammals. This year I caught 5 species of snakes, two types of turtles, a tree frog and lots of lots of insects. I will upload and post more as I get them finished. These are of the Texas Rat Snakes and a video of it climbing a tree.

I am not lost on the connection between reptiles and Church Camp…Is this one of those denominations that employs reptiles during the service?

Did you run across one of these nasties?
    Giant Texas Centipede

I found one of these things in my sleeping bag during a boy scout "survival" (sleeping on the ground) camp-out. Luckily it didn't bite me, but I never forgot it.
