Defense will probably play it up though, imo. All the jury needs is reasonable doubt.

It's reasonable that we all lie, but when he was asked about that night in particular, the machine that the enforcement officials used said he didn't lie.

because results only prove a false positive. inadmissible as evidence. the prosecutor could ask if he was hooked up to one when he lied to the court.

I think of note the question is, why would a guilty person agree to take a lie detector test before he's even had a chance to talk with counsel.

Still, Serino in that report faulted Zimmerman for twice passing up the chance to tell the 17-year-old that he was a Neighborhood Watch volunteer, something that may well have defused the situation.
The paperwork also reveals that Sanford police concluded that Trayvon was running toward the townhouse where he was staying when the two confronted each other.
And it shows that they believed Zimmerman was following Trayvon, something the second-degree murder defendant initially admitted but later denied.

I have to say, that was a good article. Martin was definitely in the wrong place at the wrong time. He was there at the precise moment where George was so angry that he failed to stop burglaries as a captain prior to the shooting that he wasn't going to let it happen again. Because the burglaries were done by black males, he profiled Martin. He figured his assessment was right because he spotted other su ious activity prior to the shooting but failed to stop it when he was actually right about them.
also, the article failed to mention that george is the tiest bouncer that ever lived.
28 years old and can't handle a 17 year old.
